Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview

At MF Feeds, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains when and how returns, replacements, or refunds may be issued for animal feed and related products purchased from us.

Because animal feed is a consumable product, some items may not be eligible for return once opened. Please review the full policy below.


2. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

2.1. Damaged or Defective Products

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product arrived damaged, spoiled, expired or contaminated.

  • The product packaging was compromised during shipping.

  • The product received is incorrect or not as described.

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the issue.

2.2. Unopened and Unused Products

Unopened, unused, and undamaged products may be eligible for return if:

  • Returned within 21 days of delivery

  • Packaging is intact and in resalable condition.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened bags or containers of feed.

  • Custom-mixed or special-order feed.

  • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery.

  1. Order number

  2. A description of the issue

  3. Photos (if applicable)

We will review your request and provide return instructions.


4. Refunds

4.1. Approved Returns

Once received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3 business days.

4.2. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, incorrect item), we cover return shipping.

  • For customer-initiated returns (change of mind, wrong item ordered), return shipping may be deducted from your refund.


5. Exchanges / Replacements

If you need to exchange a defective or incorrect item, we will send a replacement at no additional cost once the issue is verified.


6. Non-Returnable Items

For safety, hygiene, and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened bags or containers of feed

  • Custom-mixed feed blends

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Products not in original condition


7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipping. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and the return policy applies.
